Biography
Kevan Benkowitz has spent nearly 20 years representing the interests of individuals and small businesses in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Families and individuals have trusted Mr. Benkowitz to plan and prepare for the passing of assets through the generations to preserve the assets, protect younger members of the family, and save the most on wealth transfer taxes. Mr. Benkowitz specializes in the preparation of estate plans through wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and medical directives. Additionally, Mr. Benkowitz has a diverse business background having worked professionally in the financial sector and representing multi-billion dollar companies in the first part of his law career. Mr. Benkowitz uses this diverse knowledge and experience to help form and operate new businesses. Mr. Benkowitz also assists businesses with daily operations as well as providing guidance with the sale and acquisition of a business. Mr. Benkowitz also has significant litigation and trial experience in personal injury and commercial litigation matters.
